Data deletion

This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

This page describes how to request deletion of your data that we received through a connection with Facebook or Instagram (Lyrena Studio).

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to office@lyrena.at with the subject “Data deletion Lyrena Studio”.
  2. State the name of your Facebook page or Instagram account so that we can match the data.
  3. We confirm receipt within 3 working days and delete the data within 30 days. You will receive a dated confirmation.

Remove the connection yourself

Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove “Lyrena Studio”. Meta Business Suite: Settings → Partners → select Lyrena or BlackStage GmbH → remove. After that we can no longer access your page; we delete stored data as described above.

What is deleted

Access keys, identifiers of your page and accounts, stored posts, comments, messages and statistics. The only exceptions are records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices).
