You decide for each workflow what needs approval. Everything can run fully automatically, up to round-the-clock customer support. To start, we recommend approvals for payments above a threshold and for contracts. If the AI speaks directly with people, it says that it is an AI (EU AI Act Art. 50).

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to have trained employees (Art. 4). We train your team, with certification.

Rules you define

You decide per workflow what the system may do on its own. Every change is traceable.

Measure instead of hope

For each workflow, we define in advance how success is measured, and report on it every month.

Funding for Viennese businesses

The Vienna Business Agency (Wirtschaftsagentur Wien) funds digitalization projects of SMEs with up to 50,000 € per project (“Förderung Digitalisierung”), next submission deadline 31 December 2026. We plan your project so that it meets the funding criteria.

The most important terms

AI system

Language model plus memory, senses, hands and rules. It works within your workflows instead of only answering questions. In the glossary

Language model (LLM)

The “AI brain”: a program that understands and writes text. The engine of an AI system. Examples: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama. In the glossary

Hallucination

A false statement that a language model phrases convincingly. Remedy: looking things up in your own knowledge with source references, and checking before anything takes effect. In the glossary

Lookup (RAG)

Before every answer, the language model searches your documents and names the source. No training needed, always up to date. In the glossary

Local AI (on-premise)

The AI system runs on your own hardware on site. The data never leaves the business. In the glossary

AI architect

Plans, builds and operates a business's AI system as a whole: which capabilities, which workflows, which interfaces, which data location. Like an architect for a house. In the glossary

Since 2 February 2025, companies that use AI must ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. In the glossary

What else businesses ask us

What does an AI project cost?

That depends on your workflows. Ready-made solutions come with a fixed monthly fee, projects at a fixed price or on a time-and-materials basis. In the initial consultation we look at where AI makes a difference for you; afterwards you receive a roadmap and a quote. Funding is available for Viennese businesses.

How quickly does the first system run?

A ready-made solution such as a website or phone assistant is ready to go within a few weeks. We build custom workflows step by step, each step first in a trial run alongside the manual work.

Do I have to change my software?

No. The system is connected to the software you already have: email, calendar, accounting, customer database, devices.

What happens to my data?

You choose the location: EU cloud, our own language model server or a system entirely on your premises. We say openly what each option can and cannot do.

Who stays in control?

You. For each workflow you define what the system may do on its own and what is presented to you. Every action is traceable.
