AI agency, AI consultant or AI architect: who do I need?
A consultant shows what is possible. An agency deploys tools. An AI architect plans the whole system, builds it and runs it with you.

Three roles, three results
| AI consultant | AI agency | AI architect | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delivers | Analysis and recommendation | Tools and campaigns | a system that works |
| Afterwards | you implement it yourself | individual solutions run | workflows run and are measured |
| Suits you if | you can implement internally | you are looking for a specific solution | AI should take over work permanently |
How to recognise an AI architect
- They ask about your workflows first, not about the tool.
- They plan model-independently, so that you can switch the language model.
- They determine where your data is stored: EU cloud, your own server or on your premises.
- They build in approvals and measurement: what may the system do on its own, and how can you see that it works?
- They keep running the system instead of leaving after the project.
What we are
We are both: an AI agency that deploys solutions quickly, and AI architects who plan, build and run entire systems. We use our own AI operating system Lyrena OS daily in our group of companies; we use the same building blocks for our clients.
Does this suit your business?
In the initial consultation we clarify it for your workflows, in person in Vienna or by screen share.
